Visit the Box Office

Our main Box Office is located in the Connaught Theatre, Union Place, Worthing, BN11 1LG and is usually open Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays) from 9.30am to 9pm.

Assembly Hall Box Office and Pavilion Theatre Box Office usually open 1 hour before the performance start time and closes 30 minutes after.

Any show can be booked from any of our Box Offices.

Hearing Assistance

Hearing Assistance is available in all our venues. To access the Infrared systems please request receiving equipment from the Duty Manager when you arrive.

Audio description is available for most films, please request a headset from the Duty Manager at the time of the performance or event.

Assistance Dogs

Worthing Theatres welcomes registered assistance dog in all areas of the buildings.

Patrons are required to sit in areas reserved for wheelchair users to safely accommodate the dog with their owner.

Wheelchair Access and Carer Required

For customers who use wheelchairs we have access to all our venues.

Advanced booking is advised as spaces are limited, please make any special requirements known at the time of booking.

We offer one free seat for those accompanying wheelchair users, also for customers requiring care or assistance in order to attend an event, please register on our Access Registry (showing proof of disability and need for a carer) to receive a free carer ticket. Please note that for some events, we are unable to offer free carer tickets, please check with our Box Office Staff before making a booking.

Due to the age of the Connaught and Studio building, there are some restrictions for wheelchair users at the Connaught Theatre and Studio making larger electronic wheelchairs or electric scooters inaccessible.

Signed and Subtitled Performances

British Sign Language (BSL) interpreted performances for our deaf and hard of hearing customers are available for specific performances.

Subtitled films are normally scheduled for Monday evenings. Details of all events, shows and films can be found in the What’s On section.
