Circus Workshop

Free Circus Skills Workshop

Learn some amazing Circus Skills for free!
Sara Clifford (writer) and Lorraine Moynehan (circus skills and aerialist teacher) will be at The Richmond Room in The Assembly Hall on Sunday 2nd June between 11am and 1pm running a workshop, suitable for adults and children (minimum age 5).

Come along to this enjoyable workshop and learn some new skills: How to juggle or spin plates with Lorraine – or maybe a bit of acro-balance?

This workshop is connected to a new show – Flo’s Gals, coming in 2020, so this is your chance to contribute to the research for the show, as Sara asks: How do we juggle everything in our lives? How many plates do you spin in your day? If you were going to run away to the circus, what would you be?

Please Note: The workshop is completely accessible, responding to the abilities of the participants, but please wear clothes you can move around easily in. Additionally a Health and Safety disclaimer must be completed prior to the workshop. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
