Overview

An Edinburgh Preview Show with Sara PascoeJessica Fostekew

Comedian, actor and author Sara Pascoe brings an Edinburgh Preview show to Worthing this summer. A regular performer on the small screen in shows like Mock The Week, QI, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Live At The Apollo, W1A, 2012, 8 out of 10 Cats and more, Sara had her first book out in 2016: Animal: The Autobiography of a Female Body.

Nominated for best show at the 2014 Fosters Edinburgh Comedy Awards and winner of the 2014 Chortle Breakthrough Award, Sara Pascoe has been working as a comedy actor, sketch performer, improviser and writer since 2006, when she joined the Newsrevue topical sketch show.

She started stand-up in late 2007 and the following year was a runner-up in the Funny Women competition and placed third in the So You Think You’re Funny? new act competition.

Support comes from Jessica Fostekew: Last summer Jessica did two reasonably significant things. One of them brought her pure joy. The other was a shameful tale of torture, death and gelato. This show’s about the second thing. The horrid one. “Consistently hilarious” Fest.
