Jazz Cafe

Overview

Saxophonist Dave O’Higgins evokes an impassioned sound somewhere between Dexter Gordon and John Coltrane. He is one of the most prolific and creative jazz musicians the UK has ever produced, with 18 albums released as leader since 1993.

Dave is a busy guest soloist across the globe, runs a small jazz recording studio, and teaches at the London Centre of Contemporary Music.

“O’Higgins plays with quite exceptional fluency and his fund of ideas never runs out”
The Observer
